The Parish of St. Mary's Al Ain is part of the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia, a territorial jurisdiction of the Latin Rite in the countries of the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Yemen.

The first Church in Al Ain was built on the land donated by H.H. Sheikh Zayed in 1969. The present parish church was consecrated by His Excellency Bishop Paul Hiinder on 8th December 2009.
